Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation must be made by 1:00pm, at least 72 hours before the check in date to get the 90% of deposit back with a 10% cancellation fee.
2. Less than 72 hours before the check in date, will get no refund for the deposit.
3. For less than 24 hours before the check in date, full rate for the reservation period will be charged.
4. If cancellation fee is less than $5.00, then $5.00 will be retained as the cancellation fee.
